About Zen Life Massage

Our Mission

Zen Life Massage Therapy was created specifically, to serve the women of our community. Our mission is to help our clients achieve optimal health and wellness through the healing power of massage. We believe that regular massage can improve your overall well-being and enhance your overall quality of life. Our practice provides a safe, nurturing and relaxing space for healing.

We offer a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, Amma Therapy, Reiki and more. Please refer to our service menu for add-ons and additional services. We will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and goals.

We are highly trained and experienced (20+ years!) in a variety of massage techniques. We are SO passionate about helping our clients feel their best and providing a relaxing, rejuvenating and truly personalized healing experience. In addition to our many years of professional experience, we have been great friends for over 30 years. 😊😊

Service Menu

About Our Massage Therapy

Products used are organic, hypoallergenic, vegan and cruelty-free. Please refrain from using any personal care products that contain fragrances, as some therapists and clients may be allergic and / or chemically sensitive. We will customize your massage session by using a variety of therapeutic massage techniques. Sessions are either 55 or 60 minutes in length and are performed on a radiant heated table when seasonally appropriate. Packages are redeemable for up to 3 months from purchase date.

Medical Massage Therapy

Outcome-based therapeutic massage focused on a specific diagnosed condition or functional complaint. Treatment begins with clinical assessment and is guided by the referring diagnosis and patient presentation. Techniques are selected based on clinical need and treatment response to support measurable functional improvement. Cash rate shown, billed value $400. Insurance reimbursement may be available depending on plan coverage and deductible status.

A $50 fee will be collected for all returned checks.

Credit Cards / Electronic Payments

We do not currently accept credit cards. Please ask about electronic payment options at the time of booking.

POLICIES: CANCELLATION / ILLNESS and AGE REQUIREMENT

Please be mindful of our other clients' appointments by keeping yours.

All non-emergent cancellations require a minimum of 48 hour notice. Clients who cancel with less than a 48 hour notice and no shows will be held responsible for the session cost in full.

If you are sick, let us know ASAP. If you show up sick and do not receive massage as a result, you are still responsible for the session cost in full.

All clients must be at least 18; proof of age is required.

Beginning June 15, 2026, my session rates for Wellness Self-pay Massage Therapy will adjust slightly to reflect rising business costs and to help me continue providing the level of care and presence you deserve.

Updated Rates:

• Single session: $140

• Package of three sessions: $389
